之前同朋友行街，見到亞太中心有間西餐廳叫「The Flame Bar & Restaurant」，環境幾好，最特別就係佢有個任食牛扒嘅放題，啱晒我哋先食肉獸，所以今日呢就同朋友嚟試吓一齊挑戰呢個牛扒放題。牛扒呢我就選咗係七成熟嘅，牛扒好香牛味啦，雖然係任食牛扒，但係佢都係俾啲靚嘅牛扒，你唔會話俾啲可能將貨就價比一啲冇咁好的牛扒🥩給客人。唔係得食牛扒咁單調嘅，佢仲有包埋沙律及薯條🍟。除咗牛扒之外呢仲有甜品會附送仲有一杯可以有酒精嘅飲品
