今晚去左間牛肉專門店,餐廳環境別具特色,一入門口就見到部街機,客人可以坐係度打機呢!行入啲仲精緻,好似返左六十年代,好有風味!但設備一啲都唔落後,佢哋落單係用ipad,環保又快捷!入面食物選擇唔多,差唔多全部都係牛肉,但就將成隻牛分到好仔細,每個部位都有簡介,大家可以因應自己嘅口味而點!每碟價錢唔貴,由$48-68,而且份量剛好,可以點多幾款一齊食~我地點左牛骨清湯,入面有粟米、白蘿蔔同幾舊牛骨,湯頭較清淡,唔會好油膩,之後再落牛肉,湯底就會變得較重牛味!牛肉方面,我地點左牛柳、三花腱、牛舌、熟板筋、封門柳、金花趾、牛駝峰。當中我個人覺得最正係熟板筋,睇佢黃黃白白咁,唔似平時台灣牛肉麵嗰啲滷牛筋,但味道口感一啲都唔輸蝕!味道吸收左湯底嘅濃香,而口感非常軟滑!軟糯嘅牛筋真係超正,但煮牛筋需要一啲時間,建議一開始就放落去滾,煮得越來越軟糯!第二愛係金花趾,食落其實係牛𦟌。我鍾意筋夠多,口感彈牙又爽脆!而牛肉較濃味嘅有牛柳、三花腱同封門柳,三款牛肉嘅脂肪比例都唔高,但牛味同口感相比之下,明顯係封門柳較為優勝!牛柳食落肉味都OK,但就較另外兩款鞋口。牛舌口感爽口彈牙,但我就麻麻地呢個部位,友人

蔬菜點左比較特別嘅羽衣甘藍($28),身為超級食物嘅佢竟然出現係火鍋店,當然點佢!可惜佢嘅口感偏粗鞋,唔係個個都鍾意~不過滾耐啲就會淋啲好食啲!

最後不得不提,佢地環境比我感覺夠乾淨衛生,客人食完張枱會抹得好乾淨,唔係隨便掃兩下就算!
整體感覺唔錯,牛肉愛好者可以一戰!
