行過616牛肉火鍋專門店好多次,每次都只係經過,今晚終於可以品嚐到。因為已經訂咗枱嘅關係,所以唔需要等可直接入座,坐底店員已遞上西瓜作飯前果。店內環境都幾寛倘,中間放咗一個調味料自助吧。就坐後先望望Menu,佢哋哋個Menu好方便,完全用哂Ipad,簡單而清晰,㨂完㩒一㩒Send Order就可以。但係第一件事先選擇湯底,因為佢哋牛肉種類繁多要啲時間消化一下,所以先叫湯底後叫食物,湯底有6種,我哋叫兩個湯分別叫咗”鴛鴦沙牛湯底”同”牛雜湯底”。跟住開始揀牛肉,就咁望望牆上塊版,我諗都有成30款以上不同牛嘅部位選擇。咁我哋就叫咗以下嘅牛,封門柳、金花趾、脖仁、吊龍伴、雙層肉、牛舌、牛柳、尾龍、題柄、牛駝峰、胸口膀、牛心、牛朴肉、黑栢葉,涼菜方面都叫咗一個冰麻牛試試。另外再叫啲金菇、響鈴、油麥菜、唐山菜、稻庭烏冬等等。一落完Order後店員會放底一個沙漏(漏20分鐘),話食物會喺20分鐘內送到,遲咗到的話嗰樣食物免費,個人覺得呢樣幾有Gimmick。叫完就出去攞醬料,呢個自助吧最特別係有個秘製牛肉汁。整完後話口未完湯底及食物亦陸續送上,由Order到送到嚟都唔洗8分鐘。當牛肉放到滿哂張枱時
當牛肉放到滿哂張枱時,係時候開始淥喇!先試試封門柳,非常重牛味,少少靭有咬口。其次再試個雙層肉,塊牛肉好肥,未淥時已經好吸引,淥好後放入口有入口即融感覺,雙層肉真係要再食。之後試試其他,金花趾同脖仁,兩種牛肉食落非常之腍,咬一兩下就已經吞得。胸口膀想推介一下,如喜歡食肥嘅部分嘅人相信應該會喜歡呢個,牛胸要淥多一陣,大概13秒就可夾番上嚟食,胸口膀食落就好似牛嘅脂肪聚埋一齊,而有非常重嘅牛肉味道,所以一碟係唔足夠。食完啲熱嘢都要試試涼茶 - 冰麻牛,好濃麻辣味而牛肉亦係腍嘅。再返返去啲牛肉度,跟住就試牛鴕峰,呢個都係肥肥地但冇雙層肉咁肥,而肉味濃厚。之後再食兩樣店員介紹嘅牛肉 - 尾龍同匙柄,兩種肉只需淥6-8秒就食得,匙柄食落比較重味而尾龍淡少少,但口感仍然一流。另外黑栢葉會有個麻醬跟埋,淥一淥再點一點醬,配合得天衣無縫。想提一提喺配料吧度嗰個秘製牛肉汁真係要落,因令各種牛肉味更出色。
雖則616係主攻牛肉,但其他配菜亦好新鮮,唐山菜、油麥菜同粟米都好甜。酸梅湯佢哋落足料呀,夠酸夠濃,因試過一啲好淡㗎,呢個一定唔會。
616牛肉火鍋專門店可以話係一間牛肉愛好者嘅天堂,咁嘅價錢食到咁嘅質素,香港喺邊度搵到~
