To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黑椒牛肉炒薯角 配人參燉雞牛肉鮮嫩甘香,黑椒汁的黑椒是很新鮮打碎的,令到牛肉食落甘甜甘香,好明顯是新鮮即炒,唔能夠說是非常好味,但足夠令人在日間忙碌的工作後,有一份滿足感。有個不好之處就是油比較多,而且大家樂的米飯,我可以說是很差的,米質好硬。但因為個牛肉好味我都有食曬既。等湯足料,湯水清清的,好原汁原味。配蟲草花,雞肉,人參,材料好足,我推薦呢個燉湯比大家試下,除了這餐平日去有時都會有叫中湯,燉湯是其中最好飲的。味道唔搶,飲落好舒服,個胃暖暖的。成個餐我感覺最無謂的就是這杯濃茶, 飲完湯,你還會再飲嗎?

黑椒牛肉炒薯角 配人參燉雞

牛肉鮮嫩甘香,黑椒汁的黑椒是很新鮮打碎的,令到牛肉食落甘甜甘香,好明顯是新鮮即炒,唔能夠說是非常好味,但足夠令人在日間忙碌的工作後,有一份滿足感。

等湯足料,湯水清清的,好原汁原味。
配蟲草花,雞肉,人參,材料好足,我推薦呢個燉湯比大家試下,除了這餐平日去有時都會有叫中湯,燉湯是其中最好飲的。
味道唔搶,飲落好舒服,個胃暖暖的。
