自從成個星期前食完韓餐,重燃番對韓國菜既希望後,念念不忘想再食下牛肋骨!於是今晚收工過左去大角咀呢間韓國餐廳去食“顛娜“          Yeah!見到我想食既牛肋骨外,仲見到個豬手都好吸引,梗係即刻點賣啦! 正常呢兩尾菜好啱送飯食,但小女子係個一食完飯就好飽既人,咁咪試唔到咁多送,我先唔制!於是就齋叫兩個送黎食,睇下間餐廳得唔得先!!   店舖細細,座位十個,有點日式的風格,大角咀原來都幾多ya食下,呢度都幾有風格,店子由木既裝修打做,都幾有感覺!餐具方面,當然傳統既韓國餐具唔少得啦!老闆笑容好好,店員亦有好細心咁為客人介紹菜式,感覺幾有禮呢度位置有限,所以係客人自助形式咁飲麥茶既,然後招牌例牌豬手首先上台,原來係凍食黎,肉汁同魯汁不會過濃,例牌份量都幾有份量了,足夠一個人食用,豬手本身都肥肥地,真係叫半隻的話,肯定就食唔晒,豬手凍食好似無咁肥膩!基本上我係個唔食皮既人,呢度五分一都係皮,咁所以唔想曬,於是全部照食啦!咦,啲皮唔係好肥炸喎,覺得好彈牙,亦帶點爽口!!而且唔會好油,食到成咀係,唔食皮既人都可一試!!如果本身唔太“好“豬手的話,兩個人點一個例,再叫其他ya食仲好見佢啲時

店舖細細,座位十個,有點日式的風格,大角咀原來都幾多ya食下,呢度都幾有風格,店子由木既裝修打做,都幾有感覺!餐具方面,當然傳統既韓國餐具唔少得啦!老闆笑容好好,店員亦有好細心咁為客人介紹菜式,感覺幾有禮

呢度位置有限,所以係客人自助形式咁飲麥茶既,然後招牌例牌豬手首先上台,原來係凍食黎,肉汁同魯汁不會過濃,例牌份量都幾有份量了,足夠一個人食用,豬手本身都肥肥地,真係叫半隻的話,肯定就食唔晒,豬手凍食好似無咁肥膩!基本上我係個唔食皮既人,呢度五分一都係皮,咁所以唔想曬,於是全部照食啦!咦,啲皮唔係好肥炸喎,覺得好彈牙,亦帶點爽口!!而且唔會好油,食到成咀係,唔食皮既人都可一試!!如果本身唔太“好“豬手的話,兩個人點一個例,再叫其他ya食仲好
見佢啲時令拌菜都幾吸引下,只係本身唔食菜, 所以無叫呀!

隨後叫既羅白炆牛肋骨都到喇,呢個係熱食黎,白羅白同紅羅白同樣入味淋身,吸晒啲牛汁精華,連我呢個唔喉白羅白既人都全部ko!一煲牛肋骨有五舊左右,骨肉分明,筋位都完全無un既情況出現,可以一拉就分開,啲牛炆到淋之餘,仲保留到咬口同肉味,啲汁清清地,飲得出用唔少牛骨所炮製而成,但又唔會有層油係面浮下浮下咁,好似我呢啲唔食飯既朋友,單食都唔會好咸,好好奇點樣可以做到濃得黎唔咸,個汁可以唔肥,清清地,齋飲一囗汁都滋味,其實用黎送飯都一定好好食呀!   

其實唔講唔知,我都係第一次係韓餐廳試豬手,雖然唔知正宗既味道係咪咁,但味道同感覺真係得,我從來都唔食豬手既,媽咪係家煮或出街,一見就覺係啲肥ya,一定唔會order la,但呢度係睇到開飯啲相好吸引,加上見係招牌菜,所以一心走去試下,仲要最後全部食曬喎!!

Overall,我就鐘意食牛肋骨多啲,製作時間會耐啲,成個送亦巧功夫啲!原來韓食既牛肋骨係咁既一回事,真係有少少增广見聞左(因為向來我又係唔食啲有筋既ya,今夜新嚐試)
