今天去了K11 Musea gc Bakery 選了兩款麵包做早餐展開美好的早上☀️這間麵包店最出名是牛角酥,是由法國名廚Gontran Cherrier主理,有咸有甜,款式多而且非常酥脆🥐超好食😍我選的第一款是雜草莓丹麥酥🍓雜草莓配搭奶油新鮮香甜,丹麥酥外脆內軟,口感鬆化,令人一試難忘🥰第二款是杏仁牛角包🥐杏仁牛角包表面灑了滿滿糖粉和鋪滿烤至金黃的杏仁片,咬下去是滿滿嘅杏仁醬😍甜度剛好,超級驚喜!外皮也超級鬆脆而且質感超級正🥰

我選的第一款是雜草莓丹麥酥🍓
雜草莓配搭奶油新鮮香甜,丹麥酥外脆內軟,口感鬆化,令人一試難忘🥰

第二款是杏仁牛角包🥐
杏仁牛角包表面灑了滿滿糖粉和鋪滿烤至金黃的杏仁片,咬下去是滿滿嘅杏仁醬😍甜度剛好,超級驚喜!外皮也超級鬆脆而且質感超級正🥰
