記得之前每次嚟K11見到都係大排長龍🫣次次都係快手拎個牛角包就走去排隊😂😂今次竟然唔洗排😱終於有機會可以好好行吓,慢慢欣賞吓揀吓包🤭🥐經典牛角包 ($27) 次次嚟都係買呢個😂無論凍食熱食都咁脆👍🏻但加熱後會更香更脆😋淨食都好好食😌有時我會加芝士🧀熱溶芝士配酥脆牛角包真係好正🤤🍎蘋果、栗子丹麥酥 ($54) 今次先發現原來呢度真係有好多唔同款嘅酥餅😍呢個丹麥酥雖然唔平,但都幾大件,可以分3份😆餡料都幾多☺️蘋果爽甜,不過略厭栗子偏硬😅丹麥酥加熱後又香又脆,整體都幾好食😋

There seems to be a recent craze for quality bakeries and patisseries in HK with many famous brands from overseas opening their outlets in HK. This one in K11 Musea is one of my favourites. Although their croissants 🥐 are delicious, I like their healthy options bread most. I made a trip there whilst in TST and bought my usual dark rye bread ($40), made with just flour, dark rye, yeast and salt. It stated specifically at the bread counter that this bread was made without sugar and butter (so thoughtful!). Notwithstanding that there was no butter or sugar in the dough, the bread had risen beautifully, soft and airy, full of rich dark rye notes and was not dense to eat. For a bread lover like me, I find the quality of their bread far superior than many chain stores or even some “artisan” bakeries. I was in the mood for more indulgence that day and went to their cake counter nearby and ordered a cappuccino ($44 for large) and a Mont Blanc cake ($58). With my bread receipt, I got 10% discount at the cake counter. The chestnut cream piped around the Mont Blanc cake was smooth and slightly sweet, the cream inside wasn’t sweet which balanced beautifully with the chestnut cream, and there were small bits of cashews to give the cake some bite. I like the sable at the bottom of the cake which gave the cake some crunchy elements. Very satisfying and delicious indeed.

有好多網紅推薦嘅麵包舖,跟住人哋排隊買完試過都覺得不外如是🫠🫠 甚至好多間都覺得失望。呢間嘅牛角包真香!🤤🤤🤤 已經回購過好多次,每次去尖沙咀必買。無論係完美嘅牛角包定係生果配搭嘅,鹹同甜都係咁好味🤤🤤🤤
