上次同M佬喺元朗食完616牛肉火鍋專門店,驚喜滿分。今日,我A姐做乖乖女,接有牛魔王之稱嘅A爸去新開張嘅西環分店,帶佢試吓唔同部位嘅牛肉風味!餐廳設計以懷舊為題,A爸話啱晒佢嘅feel,而門口仲有大大張嘅牛不同部位分佈表,食之前記住要睇清楚呀。餐廳入面仲有呢個牌陣,話晒你知今日有咩新鮮供應!吊龍伴係牛嘅腰腰脊肉,少少肥,但肥而不膩,香滑可口,食落又無渣。金花趾呢個係牛後腿嘅部位,筋同紋路明顯較多,所以好彈牙有咬口。匙柄係牛嘅下肩胛肉,入口柔軟,牛味香濃。滑尾龍上面打左隻生雞蛋,要撈勻先再碌,牛味重又唔韌,好滑架!牛朴肉係牛嘅頸嘅部位,最大賣點係肥嫩有嚼口,脂肪雪花均勻,味道甘香。呢間店鋪最大賣點係不設加一,但有每位$20嘅醬料費。整體嘅質素相當唔錯,唯一嘅問題係牛骨清湯相對淡口,香口味嘅人仕,包括A爸就略嫌唔夠味喇。
