To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天去MK登打士入貨, 特地在YMT出閘. 在出口地面看到玻璃窗後熱辣辣的牛腩牛雜, 十分吸引, 所以先在此午餐! 就座後, 點了久違的牛雜河... 即是餐牌的牛魔皇河, 有牛腩牛肚牛腸牛蒡牛肺牛筋.    註 : 並非所有牛腩牛雜店都會提供牛肺呢!     可是自己牙齒問題, 要避開太韌的食物, 所以要求走牛肚, 但要多牛肺囉!  而職員又真係肯多牛肺走肚, 實在太好了!!!   牛魔王河粉    大碗走牛肚的牛魔王呈上來了!    視覺: 滿滿一碗, 先點算各部位.  牛肺X7, 牛筋X3, 牛腩X5, 牛腸X2, 牛蒡X1  一匙蔥花搭淺啡色的湯底. 而河粉都被牛雜掩没了!   手感:  撥開各款牛雜, 就來到澱粉質~河粉也!   雖然大碗有足夠深度, 但河粉份量很多, 湯底的浮力不足以承托大量河粉, 導致河粉沉底, 壓至實篤篤, 難以夾起.  對於要求大件又抵食的消費者是好事!       口感&味道: 牛筋在長期熬煮後已經變得軟綿綿又粘口了!  牛肺的支氣管和小支氣管都帶有白色軟骨, 只要避開軟骨位, 就可以嚐到軟綿綿的牛肺.久久未有嚐過牛肺了, 真是令人懷念的味道.

小件的牛腩肉質纖維夠短, 容易咬開, 
再配上附帶的牛脂, 每一啖的牛腩都有肉香和油香. 
這就是牛腩豬腩五花腩超美味的原因了!

來到肥美的牛腸, 幸好這是小腸而非大腸. 
大腸的環狀肌肉較韌 = 要多咀嚼.   
而小腸没有這種環狀肌, 相對容易咬!   
牛小腸粉粉的又微微苦, 配附帶的脂肪,,, 變成真正的肥腸了!  
消滅了牛雜後, 就是大量的河粉了!   
最後來一支冰豆漿, 作為完美的句號.
