To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次黎the Place食lunch buffet 黎之前睇左好多唔同酒店既自助餐最後都係揀the place 貪在夠近.朝早先係openrice到預訂即日既自助餐非常方便以為仲有得訂去多應該無乜人食點知全場爆滿幸好被安排中間位置方便拎野食.首先食凍海鮮生蠔每人限拎三個 睇落無咁肥美 以為唔會好食 點知好鮮甜雖然選擇唔算多 但鐘意生蠔🦪既人 應該會瘋狂食 唔洗點排隊等丫再黎好想讚佢地既壽司 即叫即整火灸三文魚🍣同鰻魚都超級好食😋！三文魚刺身都好厚好肥美 .熟食方面 有印度咖喱 串燒 西冷 小籠包 炒飯等等⋯仲有即場包既北京填鴨海南雞飯都勁吸引但最後為左留肚食甜品 放棄左海南雞飯.個沙律吧🥗同甜品 都好多選擇亦有MÖVENPICK雪糕 佢會擺曬唔同口味既相 係啲配料前教你配搭例如藍莓芝士雪糕 （唔記得個名係咪咁🙈）係雲呢拿味雪糕配藍莓醬，芝士蛋糕再加藍莓幾好玩 自己雪糕自己整🍨.整體而言 我覺得都物有所值用左openrice 88折優惠兩個人六百幾蚊左右環境舒適⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯其實哩個係我第一次寫既食評點解有哩個衝動係因為去之前睇到無乜人寫the Place既

最後都係揀the place 貪在夠近

以為仲有得訂去多應該無乜人食

幸好被安排中間位置方便拎野食

生蠔每人限拎三個 睇落無咁肥美
以為唔會好食 點知好鮮甜
雖然選擇唔算多
但鐘意生蠔🦪既人 應該會瘋狂食

而且又好似好評又唔多
本身抱著試下既心態
但所有野都out of my expectation好滿意
個人覺得佢比起其他大酒店既自助餐做得更好
無論係食物 環境 服務都係
收碟速度好快
唯一美中不足可能係無長腳蟹🦀😂😂

另外今次去係興祝男朋友生日
Book枱既時候有remark到
但去到掛住食已經唔記得左😆😆
食到一半 突然有員工拎住個蛋糕黎
勁驚喜 好窩心
仲主動問要唔要幫我地影相📷

試過生日去Langham同其他酒店staycation
加食buffet 佢地都無咁做

所以勁抵讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

之後都仲會同屋企人朋友再黎食☺️😋😍
