To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 皮薄餡靚灌湯餃已經唔係道道可以食到!係鍾廚既灌湯餃足料,湯濃,啖啖鮮味❤️乳鴿卜卜脆,一啲油既感覺都無,皮脆得黎肉仲可以滑嫩多汁❤️配埋個石榴汁真係好fresh,仲有一陣清香既感覺。鮑魚撻個皮好脆好香牛油味,鮑魚又夠味❤️下午茶時光既享受叫錯左紅白腸,我應該係叫個有脆脆既腸粉,不過呢道腸粉不嬲都好夠滑,完全無失望。
