👍🏻不得之了。非常清爽,用阿拉斯加蟹肉鮮拆而成的沙律。😭
蟹肉味道超突出,好鮮甜。入面混入左唔同款式的生果,例如係番石榴籽同柚子,
一咬開再爆埋汁,口感好豐富,超好食🤤再加金箔造型,真係好完美💯

Rainbow取其材料的豐富顏色。
入面混合左Bhel-puri、辣醬、堅果、薯仔等主要材料,
加入清新系玩家如青瓜、蕃茄,仲有香氣系的薄荷葉同洋蔥,
全部切到形狀不一,辣得黎🤭口感一樣過癮!🫶🏻
而且店員仲會即席係隔離幫手撈起,好有儀式感

配Middle嘅係呢款酒,酒廠係法國西邊,入口較whisky-like。
酒味幾醇厚,入口似飲礦泉水咁純淨,以荔枝、桃、蜜味主調,

呢款肉餃外表同食落都好似食緊小籠包咁,外加有啲洋蔥同香葉的香氣。
而且佢個皮包得好工製,幾實淨,咬落去有汁,

呢款係椰菜花捲餅,黑色捲餅入面包的,係煮得好淋的椰菜花。
椰菜花爽甜得黎,真係好煮得出它獨有的香氣,
點解大家都係煮椰菜花,佢可以整得咁鮮味🥹!
呢道菜咁好食,佢特製的紅菜頭醬汁、酸味味的漬物,鬆軟黑色捲餅,
同杯法國白酒的神助攻,一樣功不可沒~😋

慢煮咖喱雞,三黃雞本身質素幾高,上碟已經聞到咖喱味超香。😳
以為係黃咖喱,估唔到係偏香甜椰糖的椰香咖哩味啵。
雞肉好嫩滑,個飯就好有心思地清香啲,
主要食番堅果、乾果同臘肉淡淡的香味🥰。
呢款原來係婚宴菜式,個笑臉賣相好得意!

食到個三文治烤得好香脆~
面頭的炒米粉同薯仔片幾有嚼口,入面包含多層爽脆蔬菜料,
有洋蔥、青椒片同紅菜頭,最後芝士係口腔入面淡淡滲出☺️。
雖然佢係Veggie菜式,食材簡單,但好有層次😳👏🏻,令人印象深刻

芒果好鮮甜,而且份量大方,啖啖都食到芒果粒😎Mousse十分幼滑,乳酪味濃。
另外有開心果同窩夫脆片潤飾一番,好滿足

每個店員同經理都超友善,中間連主廚都有出黎😇,
款式多而絕不重覆,體驗一流,驚喜重重,推介❤️!
