To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我嘅脆皮雞腿飯 個皮真係好脆 肉質整岩岩好
雞配左個柚子醬 感覺好fresh 個餐跟左個魯肉飯 食到好似少少藥材味 味道不錯

至於我同事嘅古早味排骨飯 我食左一件煮得好林 同魯肉飯個味道一樣

有機會想試下晚飯 見到佢個menu好有台灣小菜風味感覺
