想食fusion菜唔一定要去港島區,佐敦晚市每人$580就試到佢哋嘅tasting Menu~ 如果有提早一日訂咗嘅話仲有鐵板鮑魚送添😝❥前菜蟹肉蟹粉茶碗蒸茶碗蒸好滑,蟹味濃郁🦀❥本入海產冷盤海產有:大頭蝦、海螺、花甲 蝦同海螺係用花雕酒醃製,口感較爽花甲應該有加香茅,有啲越南風味🥰❥鐵板季節海產鐵板大溝貝,經過黑椒調味配咗白酒海膽汁食落更鮮甜👅❥煙燻香箱蟹肉釀無骨阿波眉雞翼一拉開木箱,就有一縷縷煙霧散發出嚟,有煙熏嘅香氣雞皮燒得幾脆,味道有醬油嘅甜,肉質又滑😍入面釀咗蟹肉,都幾特別❥季節一品料理蒜蓉燒關西蜆蜆肉飽滿,蒜蓉燒得好香~❥蒲燒鰻魚木棉豆腐手卷是日MVP!!!手卷入面有鰻魚、豆腐、魚子醬鰻魚皮肉分開分開燒,所以成塊皮都係脆嘅肉質就相對軟嫩肥美蒲燒鰻魚嘅醬汁由餐廳自己調製,唔會太甜用咗京都豆腐,口感唔錯佢哋嘅大阪紫菜食落好脆❥鐵板prime牛柳裙邊牛味都幾濃,都幾Juicy配山葵醬唔錯😚❥鐵板西班牙黑豚肩用嘅係西班牙利比亞豬佢地食橡果大,冇沙門氏菌,七至八成熟都OK所以肉質會偏軟身❥赤焰湯新竹米粉米粉好索湯汁湯底微辣,有少少韓式辣醬feel❥日本高菜白飯魚炒飯高菜經醃製過,有啲
