呢間係同親友食飯嘅list之一,試過幾間分店都可以保持一貫水準 。 今次嚟點咗:芝麻醬油麥菜、李白醉雞、蘿蔔絲酥餅、皇朝酸菜魚、特色皇朝小籠包 。芝麻醬油麥菜好特別!油麥菜用青瓜包住,菜好新鮮,口感爽脆,沾芝麻醬食好夾;醉雞做得唔錯,雞肉滑嫩,酒味唔太濃烈啱啱好特色皇朝小籠包每次嚟都會點嘅~一籠有8隻口味:原味、川味、糟熘絲瓜、鵝肝、黑松露、芝士、蟹粉、蒜味 。小籠包一定要趁熱食!咬開有滿滿嘅湯汁!當中以芝士、黑松露味較為特別皇朝酸菜魚魚嘅份量都唔少,肉質滑嫩,裡面仲有薯粉,整體來講口味不算太辣,一般人都可以接受到蘿蔔絲酥餅呢個有驚喜!外皮炸得好酥脆;而裡面嘅蘿蔔絲餡料帶點蘿蔔嘅甜味,好好食喔!最後追加咗甜品—香煎豆沙窩餅,同樣,餅皮煎得好香脆,亦都不會太油;而裡面嘅豆沙餡甜度適中 。屋企人都食得好滿足~
