To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🔎 銅鑼灣告士打道311號皇室堡4樓403號舖 *📍 甘味讚岐手打烏冬.蕃茄比目魚讚岐手打烏冬($76)一直都好鍾意食甘味嘅蕃茄烏冬,之前主要都係配肥牛.今次見有比目魚所以就試試.蕃茄味仍然好濃郁.烏冬手打關係,非常爽口彈牙.比目魚好滑嫩,但油脂多咗DD.燒和風牛扒蕃茄湯讚岐手打烏冬($84)和風牛扒煎我幾好,而且都非常入味,又唔會太老.但碟上都見到好多油,但食落的確惹味.配搭蕃茄湯亦非常夾配.八爪魚餅沙律配泡菜千島汁($46)醬汁唔太食到泡菜味,但好欣賞用八爪魚餅.好煙韌,而且口感十足,加埋D沙律配食又健康.而且份量都好大.作為小食好唔錯.

和風牛扒煎我幾好,而且都非常入味,又唔會太老.但碟上都見到好多油,但食落的確惹味.配搭蕃茄湯亦非常夾配.

醬汁唔太食到泡菜味,但好欣賞用八爪魚餅.好煙韌,而且口感十足,加埋D沙律配食又健康.而且份量都好大.作為小食好唔錯.
