To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家好今晚去了銅鑼灣食印尼野班蘭葉印尼美食就係維園對面店裏面好有特色首先點飲料斑蘭珍多冰都幾有椰汁椰糖攪伴後同埋斑蘭既啫喱一齊飲都好正宗另外一杯鮮奶薑蜜有好多薑溝鮮奶原來都幾夾主食點了印尼四天皇飯呢個飯一次過可以品嚐四種印尼食品當日有咖喱雞 斑蘭雞 加多加多沙律 同埋一些脆粒 斑蘭雞就有D似海南雞咖喱雞有幾多椰汁同炸蒜雞都係炸既外皮比較香脆仲有一件薯仔沙律就係豆角椰菜加左特制既醬汁脆粒就係一D花生魚炸香左可以用來送飯別一個主食係原條魚花膠湯粉皮 首先係湯粉皮 都幾似豬腸粉不過都有幾多花膠同埋仲有一件鮑魚燒魚係即燒要等十分鐘魚燒得外皮好脆 裏面仲好嫩滑我都估唔到燒魚可以有甘既效果最後點多了燒原條矮瓜 一共有四條特別在有特製既辣醬提供酸酸辣辣好有風味總括呢度既食飯都幾有特色
