今日去到古今二搵食!其實之前試過去其他分店都覺得唔錯,咁啱經過荃新天地一期商場,就決定制霸埋呢間分店同菜色。古今二走日式居酒屋格調,呢間分店的裝修叫做最似。食物方面主打和風創作卷物、鍋物。冬天時食過鍋物,湯底濃厚足料,今次一於選擇卷物、天婦羅。龍卷風沙律($76)好得意,餐廳的料理連命名都非常有創意,就好似呢道菜叫龍卷風沙律,配料有蟹柳、中華沙律、脆片、蟹籽、沙律菜,微辣蛋黃醬,我估計因為配料一絲絲分量多,食之前要又攪又撈,動作好似龍卷風掛XD 雖然只係普通食材,但配搭起來味道清新、係好味嘅。左:彩虹卷 ($116)顧名思義,五顏六色嘅係劍魚腩、三文魚、吞拿魚同牛油果拼成,飯卷入面有紫菜同蟹柳,劍魚腩最鮮味,加分。右:金龍卷($98)上層有三文魚配微辣蛋黃醬、內層有炸蝦,造成外軟內脆嘅口感。欣賞廚師將卷物size整成一口一件、一啖可以品嚐全部食材味道層次。雜錦天婦羅($88)食材有鮮甜大蝦,秋葵、甜心小紫薯。天婦羅炸粉不會厚重油膩,而餐廳環境舒服、食材夠新鮮、價錢公道,值得一試。
