To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我地一人叫咗碗喇沙，我就係食海鮮喇沙，配料都好豐富，有蝦，魚片，扇貝，蟹柳，仲有蛋，豆卜等……朋友就食咗店員推介嘅蛋餃喇沙，蛋餃我都試食咗，味道唔錯。重點佢啲湯底係好濃郁。我地仲叫咗兩樣嘢，麥皮蝦：呢個菜式我係第一次食，聽講係新加坡名菜，食落真係好惹味，原來蝦仲有咁樣嘅煮法，下次係屋企都可以試下整。椰汁水晶粉：我係椰子控，好中意椰汁嘅清香，水晶粉仲會有椰肉，食落口感彈牙，味道清甜。整體嚟講食物質素唔錯，環境雖然唔算大，但坐得都舒服。
