To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點了福建麵，原來又係個名同地點係唔太有關係嘅。好似星洲炒米咁，唔係星加坡特產。福建麵係馬來西亞嘅特色美食，入面有頗多蝦仁及魚蛋片，呢度嘅版本係唔辣嘅，如果去吉隆坡食，係會配搭參巴辣椒醬一齊食。水晶粉沙律，沙律菜配上堅果，味道清新。麥皮蝦就見得多，今次有麥皮雞，一樣咁香脆可口，炸完唔會好油膩，食完無乜罪惡感。個蛋餃子好好味，外皮充滿蛋香，個辣汁輕微辣，加埋好惹味，送飯送麵都合味道。餐飲點了檸檬薏米水，味道酸酸地唔會過甜，同東南亞菜式好夾。
