這裏的泰國菜,感覺和傳統的泰國菜外貌上零捨不同。唔單止食材新鮮,味道層次感都好豐富新穎。香茅雞翼外皮炸得鬆脆,內裡雞肉保持多汁,帶出一種泰式獨特嘅香氣。咖喱金菇粉絲和牛係其中一個驚喜,咖喱香濃,和牛肉質嫩滑,配埋粉絲同金菇,口感層次十足。即烤沙爹串亦值得一試,肉質鮮美多汁,配埋沙爹醬嘅甜辣,食落去有種南亞風情,令人回味。另一道冷盤泰式青醬鮑魚,冰鎮過嘅鮑魚食落清爽,青醬嘅酸辣帶嚟強烈嘅開胃感。魚子醬紅磚豆腐外脆內軟,配合泰式香料,味道上有意想不到嘅驚喜。不過,馬拉盞炒椰菜味道偏向平實,雖然鑊氣足夠,但整體冇太多特別之處,稍遜色啲。最後再提下海鮮冬陰公湯,材料足夠,湯底辣度適中,成為開胃菜嘅不二之選。甜品方面,芒果椰子沙冰清甜解辣,正好平衡之前食咗嘅濃味菜色。最後嚟一客黑糖椰子雪糕,軟滑嘅雪糕配埋Q彈黑糖果凍同椰絲脆感,為整餐畫上完美句號。
