To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 灣仔道莊士敦道交界三角位有一棟特色大廈,是晚行過抬頭見到,令我諗起紐約第五街嘅熨斗大廈,哈哈。經過灣仔道入口,比樓梯口個1963木十豆寸招牌吸引左,走上兩層樓梯,發現原來係台灣餐廳。橫掂都行左兩層樓梯,就入去食埋飯啦。餐廳裝修好懷舊,門口兩道木門既門柄係舊式電話嘅聽筒。入到餐廳入邊,見到有個擺滿舊相機既櫃,男女廁中間掛住個理髮店門口嘅紅白藍旋轉燈柱,燈柱旁邊有一座字粒印刷檯,十足十個博物館咁。終於有人帶位喇,餐廳都幾滿座,座低發現木檯原來係舊車衣機,物盡其用。晚餐有套餐亦有單點選擇。套餐一位199起,決定單點。兩個人點左滷肉飯、麻醬麵、燙青菜、酒蒸蛤蜊、三杯雞。燙青菜有好多滷肉鋪面,酒蒸蛤蜊好好味,三杯雞略嫌太濃味。滷肉飯細細碗不過鋪好滿,飯面放半隻滷蛋,半片黃蘿蔔,正👍🏻。麻醬麵既棉質彈牙,同麻醬撈埋好夾。食物質素整體滿意,可再來。
