好多同事成日推薦,講左好耐,終於試到616。616出名食牛,當然係食牛為主。湯底方面叫左牛雜湯底,都幾足料,好多牛肚黎之前問左常客有咩推薦,佢講完我全部都唔識不過照跟住叫試下。叫左4款肉,再加多手打牛筋丸。發現全部都係肉,所以叫左個皇帝菜平衡下今次叫左吊龍,五花趾,匙柄同花雕牛。其中花雕牛最驚喜,好夠味!另外今次啲牛嘅部分都偏瘦,所以要注意時間,否則會太乾身唔好食。雖然唔係任食,但都有限時,仲要得90分鐘,確實有啲趕。不過服務幾好,野食黎得快。重點係啲肉放低左,會跟返廚房出單張紙,可以知道每碟係咩肉!
