To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日跟尖子看Kingsman, 之後隨意地來到居廬晉家門炭燒工房. 週日晚上七時半到達, 店內只有二成滿, 不用等候便可入座, 真好, 肚子在打鼓了! 店內的裝修很有特色, 門外的客棧門, 會誤以為是吃中菜, 但其實店內是吃西式的, 真的玩味十足. 哈哈, 有趣有趣. 看看menu, 選擇也不少, 最後點選了脆香有皮薯圈(HK$58), 軟殼蟹白汁扁意粉(HK$138), 炭燒美國有骨牛肋條(HK$350). 脆香有皮薯圈, 賣相不錯, 用筒子裝著, 可以保温吧? 試一口, 薯味非常香濃, 夠熱騰騰, 口感香脆內軟, 另有濃郁的芝士香和蕃茄香, 還帶點拉絲效果, 不錯, 很有驚喜! 軟殼蟹白汁扁意粉, 用上原隻的軟殼蟹, 分量十足. 從賣相來說, 這道菜的色澤好像有點暗淡, 又有點乾似的. 但原來味道並非如此. 試一口意粉, 口感是al dente, 白汁味非常香濃, 意粉吸收了白汁的精華, 感覺creamy, 也有很多汁在碟底, 真的意想不到. 軟殼蟹夠香脆, 沒有過分的油膩感, 也是很好的配搭. 整體水準非常高, 是sell內涵的一道. 炭燒美國有骨牛肋條, 充滿炭燒香的一道. 試

炭燒美國有骨牛肋條, 充滿炭燒香的一道. 試一口, 牛肋條經炭燒仍有肉汁, 牛肉味濃郁, 口感也夠嫩, 帶點炭香, 很有風味呢!

店內的音樂Playlist很不錯, 很relaxing.
