Restaurant: Lockcha (Hong Kong Park)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 来者多是外国人,真是香港一个很有趣的现象。作为茶社其实是非常有氛围的,毗邻香港公园,很适合周末。按照惯例,茶位费按人头收取。可以请人冲好端上来,也可以自己冲泡。自己冲泡的话会提供齐全的茶道工具。服务生添水也及时。。泡不完的茶叶可以带走。2008年的普洱,梅香沁心。多泡几道,茶味愈见甘甜,一扫内心的杂质。这里真的很适合来细品香茶。两个人点了两份小菜下茶。素菜芝麻盒子,馅料丰富,皮薄而糯口,唯独略微油腻,可以有四分。另外一个是红豆酥,比较一般。皮厚而实,不够酥脆。馅儿算不甜不腻刚刚好,可以分量略少。总体说来环境满分,服务四分(看到服务员跟客人争执茶位费的问题,印象减分),
