To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天晚上去了這家餐廳食晚餐主要是因為被它綠色的飯所吸引,因為班蘭葉可以把這些飯染成這種顏色。今次叫了三吋白鱔一條烤魚及另外還有花膠雞湯粉。最有驚喜的可以說是沙嗲白鱔,白鱔味很濃郁及多汁另外有沙嗲醬給你作為醬料,但我還是喜歡原味因為可以把濃郁的白鱔未發揮到極致。另外花膠雞粉也十分之好吃花膠及雞的湯底令到成碗面很濃郁及很健康。最後想講一講那條燒魚其實是用非洲鯽魚來製作而成的,皮很脆魚肉也很多比想像中大條。有機會下次還會去這裏吃。
