To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 常常吃日本菜或是西餐什麼的,偶然也想轉一下口味。所以這天和朋友來銅鑼灣吃晚飯就選了這家吃印尼菜的喔!飲品看起來也很特別,所以也有點到 ^^鮮奶薑蜜 ($28) - 雖然稱不上難喝 ... 但味道夾起來很微妙就是。柑桔青瓜冰 ($28) - 柑桔味不太覺,比較像青瓜水~喝起來很清爽。既然是吃印尼菜,大概會聯想到 "班蘭" !?班蘭雞飯 ($68) - 有點像海南雞飯那樣,這個是朋友點的呢除了綠色的飯外,還配了一碗湯。份量來說頗豐富吧我點的則是 - 巴東牛肉花膠湯粉皮 ($68)牛肉和花膠湯粉皮是分開上的,這樣子花膠湯便不會混和了其他的調味。湯很濃郁~還帶少許黏性,而且真的有口感帶爽的花膠喔!粉皮則很滑嫩,配湯一起吃很不錯。個人覺得巴東牛肉的味道超濃,所以十分惹味。

鮮奶薑蜜 ($28) - 雖然稱不上難喝 ... 但味道夾起來很微妙就是。

班蘭雞飯 ($68) - 有點像海南雞飯那樣,這個是朋友點的呢
除了綠色的飯外,還配了一碗湯。份量來說頗豐富吧

湯很濃郁~還帶少許黏性,而且真的有口感帶爽的花膠喔!
粉皮則很滑嫩,配湯一起吃很不錯。
個人覺得巴東牛肉的味道超濃,所以十分惹味。
