To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚係銅鑼灣睇完戲之後,近近地揀左間印尼菜入去食晚飯,我被班蘭飯吸引左。餐牌好多選擇,有各式各樣既主菜、飯類、小食,連飲品都有好多款揀。最終我地揀左一款主菜、一款飯類、同一款小食,再叫左兩杯飲品。主菜係印尼秘製汁燒魷魚,原隻魷魚上,好開心,尚算入味好咬。飯類係燒雞班蘭尖塔飯,燒雞都幾大件,皮薄多肉,唔會好乾,尚算嫩滑。班蘭尖塔飯賣相好靚,食得出東南亞風味,帶淡淡既班蘭香。小食係羊肉沙嗲,羊肉尚算軟嫩,醬汁偏辣。青檸梳打好清爽,欣賞佢俾客人自己落梳打水,好夠氣。芒果沙冰超大杯,味道偏甜。
