To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大班人gathering，揀咗駟馬拖車潮州菜做飯局聚餐地點，週三晚市六折discount 超抵食。傳統潮汕菜式，如滷水鵝、川椒龍鳳球、煎蠔餅、水瓜煮蝦、方魚肉碎粥、沙嗲牛肉炒芥蘭、糖醋面、反沙芋、綠豆爽，果仁芋泥，而味道仲要樣樣都ok唔錯。食肆名字特別，好奇的我，當然會問問Google大神。「駟馬拖車」原來是潮汕民居的一種建築樣式，是一種多院落、多天井，規模宏大的大宅院。其結構形式與「百鳥朝凰（陽）」近似，只是兩側多兩排從厝和兩條火巷等。見好多人話員工態度差，啲員工面口係唔係幾好睇，亦見他們頗忙碌走來走去，當日坐得近茶水間，好多嘢如公筷、匙羹都係我哋自己人攞咗就算。不過由於有咁deep 嘅discount 同幾好食，一定會再去～
