To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幫公司攞文件去佐敦，然後喺附近食埋午飯先返去，見到呢間唔錯，入去試吓🤗呢度環境一流，好啱一大班人上嚟食嘢，算高檔裝潢，坐得舒服，服務員態度良好！辣子雞丁$137份量都唔少喎！麻辣到適中，唔會太辣，雞丁好香，外脆內軟，雞肉幾腍，香脆好食！🤗瑤柱蝦米雜菜煲$117好多唔同種類嘅菜，西蘭花，娃娃菜，白菜，菜心、紅蘿蔔、炸蒜和炸蝦米，煲得腍甜剛好，湯底好香瑤柱味，清甜，一邊食雞丁一邊食呢個青甜煲仔菜，唔錯！🥰廣式臘味煲仔飯$177上菜時已經聞到好香煲仔的味道，米飯粒粒分明，只食米飯都已經食到臘腸同臘肉的味，肉汁鮮香，層次豐富，飯焦酥脆，用茅台酒同土豬肉秘製臘味，用黑桃種植的五常米大火煲煮，香滲入米飯😍好食好食！
