To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和家人到此晚饍,叫了燒雞,龍躉兩味和柚子蝦球等,蝦完全沒蝦味,雞是雪藏雞般肉質實實,所為龍躉兩味,蒸的那味油有一寸厚,魚就只幾件,炒的稍為好一點,但全碟也只有幾片薄薄的,孤寒得可以.最最令人不快的,是用餐時間兩小時,但一個半小時後已經在催埋單,那長髮女員工態度惡劣,像我們欠錢一樣,將夾有單的黑色file一下“隊”過來說“埋單”,我都只是check 了兩秒再將信用卡給她,她就像嫌我慢般一手搶過去！而且整間酒樓噪音爆錶,和家人談話都要超大聲才聽得到,整體給人很緊張很噪很煩的感覺！和家人已有共識,不會再幫襯！
