To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

富麗敦海洋公園酒店 lighthouse cafe 環境都算豪華，空間感亦十分充足，服務亦十分唔錯。雖然有部份食評比較一般，不過自己試過後覺得唔錯，食物款式算多，貴價食物如龍蝦也有供應，食物味道算唔錯，值得一提的是甜品十分出色！至於價錢也比之前平了不少，星期日晚上4位成人也只是$2000左右，而晚上消費滿$1800，可以有3小時免費泊車。不過之後泊車就是$80/per hour, 都唔平，不過泊車的服務十分好。
