Restaurant: Lockcha (Hong Kong Park)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來過兩次,平心而論,環境真的很不錯,古色古香,幾寧靜,有特色。在香港這一類品茶食點心的地方很少,所以這間是很好的選擇。茶類選擇很多。點心就偏貴,貴過中環,但以素點心來說,質素算不錯,幾足料和有心思。但員工態度質素就一般般...有一兩個很好很有禮貌笑容,但當我問一個男侍應邊d茶咖啡因少d時(我依稀記得發酵少就會少d),男侍應竟然同我講茶的咖啡因好少,咖啡先多,d人太驚咖啡因喇,我地d茶全部都飲得,如果唔飲得我地ban左啦。我真係燥左,咁是不是白茶綠茶和普洱的咖啡因含量是一樣? 呢d都係基本問題,你們作為專業茶寮真係唔識? 點解佢唔識答不特止,仲要問非所答,同埋仲激動過我,好似我好無知咁。結果我自己要上網找答案。
