To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在openrice 找酒店中餐廳,發現此處重新裝修,新穎年青,重新再了解佢,比以前色調舒服,環境寬敞開揚,2人枱大大張。 前菜琥珀合桃,樣子一般都脆,有粒發酶。 叉燒稣$42,皮不夠鬆。鮑魚燒賣$40,鮑魚略咸,肉亦略咸。 樱花蝦蒸蘿蔔糕$36,咸, 奪蘿蔔鮮甜,臘味都ok。 生拆澳洲龍蝦泡飯$78,大碗,多芫荽葱,大粒龍蝦肉,但無蝦味,有炸米,但都收貨。紫薯蟠桃仔$38, 最好味,黃蕊紫芯白花瓣以普通酒樓食物水準比較可以,以酒店水準就不合格。
