在openrice 找酒店中餐廳,發現此處重新裝修,新穎年青,重新再了解佢,比以前色調舒服,環境寬敞開揚,2人枱大大張。 前菜琥珀合桃,樣子一般都脆,有粒發酶。 叉燒稣$42,皮不夠鬆。鮑魚燒賣$40,鮑魚略咸,肉亦略咸。 樱花蝦蒸蘿蔔糕$36,咸, 奪蘿蔔鮮甜,臘味都ok。 生拆澳洲龍蝦泡飯$78,大碗,多芫荽葱,大粒龍蝦肉,但無蝦味,有炸米,但都收貨。紫薯蟠桃仔$38, 最好味,黃蕊紫芯白花瓣以普通酒樓食物水準比較可以,以酒店水準就不合格。

今天中午跟朋友到逸龍軒午𧬆,約在12:45下單叫了四款點心和一客燸米飯,1:00 左右送來其中兩款點心,之後等到1:20 也再沒有其他食物提供。請經理更進,他卻回覆我們枱號沒有任何點歺記錄。之後經理関心嘅竟然唔係漏單嘅食物,而係我哋已進食嘅點心,話要更進番張單。經理嘅回應好似是生怕我哋會小付賬單咁。之後經理話入廚房睇下有冇已弄好嘅點心可以先供應我哋,但等到1:30 亦再無任何更進,最後只好埋單走人。我想講經理全程無講過一句對唔住或者唔好意思,真係想像唔到去酒店用歺會遇上咁差嘅服務。
