To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚和朋友吃飯，這家餐廳位於蘭桂坊附近，是樓上餐廳。餐廳是傳統的西餐廳，氣氛環境都不錯，燈光幽暗，服務也很細心。⭐️焗古也芝士洋蔥湯$68味道正好，很容易入口。有很多洋蔥，所以很甜，還有芝士溶在湯裡面呢！⭐️蘑菇多士$89多士薄薄的，塗了牛油，入口酥脆，配上濃稠的忌廉蘑菇汁，蘑菇大大片入口爽脆，配搭多士很不錯呢！⭐️黑松露野菌意粉$138黑松露野菌意粉吃起來有嚼口，稍微乾了一點。⭐️燒蜜糖檸檬芥末茶籽黑毛豬排骨配香蒜薯仔$219豬肋骨的肉不算多，入口豬肉味道突出，如果嫩一點更好。⭐️酥皮蘋果批配雲尼拿雪糕$78酥皮焗得香脆，上面鋪了一片片蘋果，甜度適中。▫️這裡的服務很殷勤，雖然只有一位店員，但感覺服務很專業，懂得一眼關七，不時倒水微笑。
