To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我和朋友二人進入餐廳被安排在類似茶餐廳對坐位,檯面只適合放每人一個碟頭飯,叫了茶讓侍應把一壺開水拿走,因為空間太小,理解此地的貴租。我們叫了998元的套餐,食物質素也是令人失望!除了醬油大蝦處理的比較好,冷盤不過不失,這碗所謂的魚翅湯就是一碗雞肉和豬肉的湯,把湯渣撈出來之後,湯只剩下半小碗,魚翅在碗底才看到小小的幾條。蘆筍炒鴿肉鮑魚,簡直就是笑話!蘆筍成了青辣椒「超辣」,鴿肉你的牙無法咬非常堅韌,鮑魚只是二片薄薄的關頭鮑魚「還可能是螺片」因為到此時察覺不到餐廳對食客的誠意了。還沒結束那碗牛肝菌和牛炒飯,上來的時候是很香,但當你一口吃下去時感覺是滿口的油膩,每粒飯都包裹著油,廚師的水準太不合格了,一碗炒飯做成這樣比不上茶餐廳的普通炒飯。侍應的服務這裡不累述,不要期望就合理了。
