To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友早咗成個星期先book到位,一行四人都滿心期待,因為想試呢間餐廳好耐。中午大概一點去到,都已經滿座。餐廳嘅裝修好有舊式風味,睇得出用咗唔小心思放滿擺設。自己點了古早味滷排骨飯,味道唔會偏鹹,但排骨入口較為乾身,份量亦都偏少。滷肉飯就不過不失,肥瘦適中,有啲家庭食嘅感覺。另外,嚐了些朋友點的脆皮雞腿飯,雞腿炸得酥脆,份量相對亦都較多,不錯。有點了養生牛肉麵的朋友話,藥材味濃,如果喜歡杞子既話可以一試。
