這間Thai Fire 裝修帶點高級感,環境舒服,主打泰菜。香煎金不換魚餅,用鯪魚肉、青豆、芫荽等多種香料製作而成,食到金不換香,煎得香口彈牙,配上酸汁頗惹味。豬頸肉炒金邊粉,賣相不錯,豬頸肉份量亦不少,口感爽彈,金邊粉炒得不油膩,亦不會痴得一餅餅,口感煙韌。香辣蝦醬炒通菜,用蝦醬炒夠惹味。餐廳的甜品及飲品都是打卡之選,特別是甜品,手工椰汁彩虹糕及芒果蝶豆西米飯,賣相吸引,前者似彩虹般,帶點椰汁香,後者用蝶豆花製成天然藍色再混入西米及椰絲,配上芒果,甜品口感清爽,甜度適中。
