Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這次朋友帶我來的容記小菜王, 不是我一向光顧的深水埗小菜館, 而是位於太子的一座酒樓裡. 向朋友打聽之下, 原來是容記的復出新店, 久未光顧的我連容記易手了都不知道. 趁這個機會正好一試. 看來這裡開張沒有多久, 但席間已有五成的入座率. 看來是容記的招牌招來不少生意. 9時後入座有85折, 宵夜的不錯選擇. 部份是容記的招牌小菜, 還有的是一般酒樓常見菜式. 這次第一次來還是點招牌小菜為主. 但朋友怕熱氣, 招牌的燒腩要下次才能點. 小炒王是頗為平常的菜式, 炒出來的九菜爽脆, 而蝦乾則香口並頗有咬感, 不錯. 看樣子跟普通的蒜香排骨沒有太大分別. 入口則感覺不到雪味, 肉質鬆化但尚有彈性. 好奇一問店員, 原來排骨在處理時確是會放進洗衣機攪鬆排骨, 這樣處理相對鬆肉粉是不會抹殺排骨的肉味而令肉質鬆化. 雞蛋焗得不會過老, 外脆而內嫩, 魚腸只有少許腥味, 做得不錯的一道招牌菜.全晚最出色的要數這窩飯. 主角的飯粒飽滿而軟硬適中, 配上蔥及黑松露醬竟是絕配, 既熱辣辣又香噴噴. 牛柳粒軟腍鬆化, 整個飯的材料雖然不是上等材料, 但煮功火候實在出色. 全晚點的主要是小炒為主, 而且只有

全晚最出色的要數這窩飯. 
主角的飯粒飽滿而軟硬適中, 配上蔥及黑松露醬竟是絕配, 既熱辣辣又香噴噴. 
牛柳粒軟腍鬆化, 整個飯的材料雖然不是上等材料, 但煮功火候實在出色. 

全晚點的主要是小炒為主, 而且只有3人吃飯, 埋單不用$200/位, 價格相當理想. 

翻食指數: 75分.   
環境比深水埗的容記舒適, 小菜有一定水準, 值得再來.
