這間Espuma 環境十分開揚舒服。星期六的lunch set 十分豐富。前菜有芝士松露醬薄多士及巴馬風乾火腿季節沙律,餐湯是南瓜湯,賣相不錯,多士香脆,有香濃的芝士松露味,好惹味。沙律配上巴馬風乾火腿,顯得更高級。主菜是半隻非洲雞配炸薯條$288, 雞肉厚肉金黃,雞皮微微酥脆,肉汁滿滿,沾上秘製醬汁更惹味,配搭粗身薯條,正。單點了八爪魚芥末沙律$138, 份量頗大,八爪魚爽脆,配上芥末薯蓉,微辣,好開胃。牛油果雞肉薄餅$98, 烘得香脆的薄餅夾著滿滿牛油果醬及雞肉,簡單健康好味。還點了一壺百香果烏龍茶來配撘,滿足。
