To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去開東涌做野, 就去東薈城搵野食, 見到呢間環境同野食好似都幾好,就上去睇下有冇位。好好彩, 間舖夠大, LUNCH 唔使等都有位。馬拉盞炒通菜$34-正常野, 份量都夠大。菠蘿豬頸肉, 蝦粒炒飯$88個炒飯好鑊氣, 值得叫黎食, 同埋大大碟, 同人SHARE 都好夠食。泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉$80呢個我就覺得唔夠調味, 粉本體就好食既, 唔會痂埋一齊, 放左陣都係條條分明。泰式黃咖哩牛舌, 牛筋配白飯$86裡而既牛好出色, 唔係碎件上, 係成條上 跟係野飲可以唔使叫熱綠奶茶, 飲落係香薰味見人地杯凍玫瑰奶茶就好靚, 下次要叫凍飲。呢度既環境真係好舒服, 2邊都有落地大窗, 夠光猛。
