我只選了A4牛，無咁肥，但也很香很滑。 我訂了枱坐入面，2人坐4人卡位環境很闊落。抵讚。 門口個幾張枱會較擠迫。2人坐2人卡位身旁就已經有另一枱客，所以記得訂枱訂明坐入面大廳既獨立卡坐。但係我比較鍾意森久，森久係有大廚煮望住你進食嘅速度而煮，依間係有waiter waitress 煮，煮完一塊關爐行開一陣，過了一陣見你食左，會有另一位得閒既staff 再開爐煮下一塊。兩間價錢差不多，咁我會比較想有大廚係前面煮俾你食.，大廚會不斷因應客人需要調校味道同埋因住你嘅速度較大細火。
