To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週六於皇室堡的甘味拉麵午飯。客人不太多,不用等位,一行二人更可選擇坐四人卡位,感覺闊落。餐牌標示的食品價錢不算貴,三四十元一碗烏冬也有交易。點了三文魚及火炙玻璃蝦壽司。賣相尚算不俗,但細心點看應不是手握壽司,似板壓壽司多一點。三文魚味道不錯,火炙玻璃蝦則有點失色,火炙及蝦味均值不足。另外,附上的wasabi質素麻麻,感覺有點似擦膠,難溶於豉油,香味欠奉。主食雜錦讚岐手打烏冬鍋是「大人氣」產品,配料有天婦羅蝦、魚塊、蟹柳、雞件、滑蛋等。配料款式雖多,但全都很細件,感覺是頭頭尾尾大雜燴。讚岐烏冬外層還算滑溜,但口感稍腍,未夠煙韌彈牙。湯底亦未見突出。
