To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興真係幾抵食,下午茶餐幾十蚊,有飲品,兩個都係$102不過今次嘅食物水準就覺得麻麻地,瑞士汁牛河甜咗啲,得甜味,瑞士汁味反而唔多覺,牛肉都可以,都有咬口燒鵝米粉,俾咗鵝脾位置,不過切得唔好,有兩三嚿,最好食嘅燒鵝皮消失左,燒鵝皮都幾香,鵝肉都嫰,我覺得太興D米粉,佢唔係淋身,一咬即斷,反而有D煙煙銀銀感,比其他茶餐廳嘅米粉,更突出更好食冰鎮奶茶都唔錯,用冰底,起碼奶茶唔會因爲啲冰溶咗,而覺得淡味
