由法國藍帶廚師主理👨🍳主打甜品, 對於甜品當正餐既我表示絕對可以 tablet餐牌主要篇幅都係甜品同帶d輕食, 我地決定一口氣試三款唔同既甜品呢度最出名嘅梳乎厘班戟真係名不虛傳🥞超級鬆軟嘅蛋糕體可以shake到震騰騰又唔會爛唔似得出邊有啲所謂嘅鬆軟其實係唔熟, 呢度整到外香內嫩, 用上日本雞蛋超有彈香🍳完熟香蕉加lotus嘅甜度啱啱好🍌 呢兩款食材味道好夾Madeleine看似容易其實好難整得好🐚完美嘅貝殼型蛋糕能夠做到外脆內軟, 外面甚至帶點焦香, 而裏面仍然綿密濕潤加上柚子檸檬🍋嘅香味令你完全feel唔到牛油既膩🧈, 高招最後呢個迷你蛋糕雖然一早已經整定, 但三層layering由滑溜mousse到脆餅底、caramel至chocolate嘅味道同口感轉接都好好🍫三款完全唔同既甜品都體現到藍帶甜品師既實力 最出色既真係madeleine, 暫時係香港食過最好既, 未搵到第二度有咁高質素呢間小店骨緻得黎帶點日系寺廟風, 白色既枱都keep得乾淨. 如果店員既衣著可以更乾淨企理就更好了珍惜陪我任性的你, 明明戒緊甜都肯陪我甜品當正餐 絕對係我生命中不可或缺的甜- 香蕉speculoo
