To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

生日前夕已到了東涌在酒店安頓好打電話到東昇樓訂位和詢問如何能到達?接電話的說可以有車到酒店接我們,到達時約六點九。首先在店外選海鲜因為只有我和老公所以點了兩隻每隻五十元的大扇貝、一隻半斤重的大瀨尿蝦、大花蛤。揀完後進入對面有冷氣的地方坐下再點了燒鵝例牌和金銀蛋莧菜。侍應送上前菜醃酸籮白之收送上例湯兩蛊。籮白醃製得剛好很開胃。油盬水花蛤~這裡的油鹽水帶有較重的胡椒香粉絲吸了花蛤的鮮甜和胡椒味很好吃。金銀蒜蒸大扇貝~蒸的時間剛好所以十分鮮甜粉絲吸收了扇貝的鮮甜和金銀蒜香勁like。避風塘大瀨尿蝦~上桌時切成兩件我們剛好每人一件避風塘料炒得香口瀨尿蝦味道不過不失我心想早知要普通蝦。燒鵝~鵝是下裝所以有全隻脾位和肚位送上桌還是很熱醬汁很好味不用點酸梅醬也得好吃個人認為比深井的燒鵝好吃。金銀蛋莧菜~味道不錯份量大足夠四個人吃我兩將海鮮吃完已飽了七、八成吃完金銀蛋莧菜很已經很飽。最後將餘下很多的燒鵝包走回酒店當宵夜吃。這裡還每位送上自制豆腐花,豆腐花很滑糖水帶有薑的香味。勁鍾意!六百多元能吃到一餐有海鮮、燒鵝、菜、甜品還有包走的燒鵝真的物超所值
