Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中意食串燒嘅屋企人生日,睇左一輪最後就揀左呢間。舖頭細細,論坐就可能會無咁舒服好坐,但野食同服務絕對填補到呢一個問題。野食好香,我地叫齊雞牛羊都好好食。屋企人仲叫左菇同鱔,都讚不絕口。肉串燒方面,點醬同唔點醬有兩種風味,火候控制得非常好,香而不硬。好建議人開結唔好急住點醬,享受左佢地啲醃料嘅香料味,再去試香而不死辣嘅沙嗲醬黃豆餅有驚喜,燒嘅版本好咸香。但我更加中意爆辣版,有辣嘅刺激平衡返一口咬落一大舊豆蓉嘅微膩感。馬拉盞炒秋葵,成功令我呢個唔食菜嘅人都清左半碟去。飲品方面都有水準。個人非常推介佢地嘅沙冰,足料足量,可以當飲品同甜品。

黃豆餅有驚喜,燒嘅版本好咸香。但我更加中意爆辣版,有辣嘅刺激平衡返一口咬落一大舊豆蓉嘅微膩感。
