To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚(10月20日),太座生日,上網見The Island 好似幾好就經網上訂購,6:20分到達,但要到6:30才能進入,入到餐廳最吸睛的是龍蝦,麵包蟹,生蠔,但這些凍海鮮質只是普普通通,再試日式刺身,除三文魚外,其他食物質數亦非常普通。衆多食品,最好的是鵝肝及牛扒,(可惜切得太薄)如果厚切食味更佳。呢度啲甜品亦較為普通,以$600多元一位,試過就算。
