To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇完open rice 見全部好評,諗住間omakase 應該好好,我係食晚餐,坐底開頭都無乜野,之後越黎越大聲,好似去左大排檔食飯,有一檯食客,明顯係識得/熟客,叫囂,好大聲講野,連個師傅都陪佢地一齊傾,完全成餐飯食得好不安,我果晚坐既位置見到既師傅全部都係本地人,都唔緊要,我唔覺得係專業,好被冷落,全程招呼其他客⋯我唔係想踩呢間野,可能lunch幾百蚊食係要求低d既食材真係好普通,頭幾款刺身,我只係聽到針魚,食蠔係食到蠔殻碎,連海膽壽司都唔吸引,咁就食成3千幾,可能佢地覺得呢個價錢太少,所以唔想招待兩個人去食,兩個都屙(我唔知關唔關事)⋯真係無下次
